The interface is pretty simple and user-friendly, but the filters are tricky to use. Specifically, I'm not able to search for providers who identify as LGBTQ. I have to search for providers who are "LGBTQ aligned" and read their profiles to guess if they are queer themselves. With the gender filters, I'm only able to select one gender identity, when it would be most helpful to me to be able to select several, like female, nonbinary, and trans. All in all, it would be great if we could select as many specifiers as we want, and be able to know if a provider is queer or not.

I have worked with therapist who are great listeners and show it by reiterating what I've discussed and inquiring and giving genuine interest in my topic of discussion.
