This company is full of thieves taking advantage of people who are trying to receive mental health help. I have been charged for appointments I never had and they wont even let me delete my account because of unpaid charges, again coming from appointments I never even scheduled or have. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. You should all be ashamed and I wish nothing but the worse for you and your families.

My therapist is great!!!

My therapist gave me the tools and knowledge to know when I get triggered, and how stop it, before I act out.

The company met my request to have an African American female Therapist. I’m able to relate to her and I feel comfortable talking about myself.

Difficult to get started, requires cumbersome process over the phone. No way to find therapists by filtering multiple interests and specialities (can only filter one at a time, although therapists often list dozens!). Therapists cancel last minute and you can't schedule with another unless you switch providers completely. When my FSA ran out they sent me a nasty threatening email instead of just informing me that the card was declined and asking for an alternate card. Glitchy website with annoying email-based sign-in process. On top of all that they send tons of emails including this one prodding me to post a review. Well, here you go.
