Booking my first session was so easy. Having my insurance verified quickly along with knowing how much co-pay was going to be was a determining factor. After, having the option to view so many therapist and their bio helped me choose mine. They had such a wide range of different types of therapist. Her availability was soon and she had the later afternoon time slot that I prefer. They were also able to pre-book future appointments same day and time. I really liked that as well.
