Rula is so easy to navigate! They take away the usual headaches of finding an online provider. The set up is easy and there are so many providers to choose from specializing in sooo many different areas of care. I have used other online help platforms before, and this one has been by far the easiest, most effective and most successful for me.

When I chose my specialist, I was able to read their biography and have the option to meet with them. I was able to change to a different specialist if I didn't feel comfortable. I met with my specialist, and through the biography was very happy with my choice. She is truly helpful, listens intently and gives me space to unload my challenges. Her advice/suggestions are very helpful, she is always mindful of my limits.
