First time user it was easy

They found me a person that really listens and understands what I'm going through

Rula’s Billing Department told me upfront that they were a In Network Provider with my Insurance Company and that my copay would be $11.25 per visit. Then, they changed the billing code when they billed my Insurance Company so my copayment increased to $45 per visit, instead of the $11.25 they had promised. I called the Rula Bulling Department to ask why my Copayment increased from $11.25 to $45 and they said they would research my question and get back to me. They called me back and said my insurance company was doing something incorrectly, which was not true. At first, I thought that the Rula Billing was stupid, but they are not. They were intentionally using the wrong procedure coded to bill my insurance company so they could make more money. I I liked my Rula Provider but I don’t like being ripped off every month by their Billing Dept every month! Enough is Enough!!! I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The referall process was easy and Rula contacted me very quickly. Everything has been smooth and simple!

It was so easy to find and get approved for therapy! I also found an incredible therapist who I’m excited to work with!

Its been a fantastic experience.

My experience with rula has been very beneficial. I was able to choose a therapist based on my wants and needs. For example I did not choose someone that specializes and works with children because I'm an adult. I show someone based on words that they use within their profile. I was very pleased with Amiee as she has fully supported me by letting me be me. There was no judge mental words there were no stigmas, I was just able to be free with my thoughts and words. Her suggested instructive thoughts ideas made me feel heard. I shared with her that I was happy to be given choices.

The session went very well! Good listener told me a bit about himself, which was good I slept eight hours afterwards.
