I love the platform ad I have used Grow and Betterhelp. I find Rula so much easier and it lets you know up front if your insurance is taken and how much you have to pay. Its better in my opinion. Also my therapist is awesome. Thank you Rula

Therapists are like any other service, but the customer support is TERRIBLE. You can't get any response from them. The phone numbers provided have people who have no access to any profile info and don't know how to navigate the system at all. One just hung up on me. Emails go unanswered for weeks. My therapist keeps asking me to fill in some form that should be sent out before the meeting, but there is no form being sent out. What a mess! I am leaving this platform, it's useless and terrible service UPDATE: I provided my contact details to Rula so that they can contact me directly, but surprise surprise, no word from them, and my other inquiries and email requests are going unanswered as well. They are now in violation of HIPAA compliance and I have filed a complaint with HSS as well

All therapist that I worked with were professional,good and caring

My very first appointment, I was heard! They actually listen and not just that but respond back with some great feed back to my specific situation and needs in helpful ways! It doesn't seem like the "old" type therapy where they had to spend so much time diving into your past to finally reach the end result. I am heard, we work on present situations and how to help me in the now. I really connected with my first therapist but Rula does allow for you to change if you feel that your not connecting to the current therapist or Phycologist, etc. You are seeing.

Great company. Portal to get to your account is functional and easy to use. There's a couple extra steps rather than just logging in like other websites, but it only takes an additional minute, and it still works smoothly. I've never had any issues with the website, my account, logging into Zoom, etc. Great employees, therapists, doctors, customer support, etc. Everyone who works with this company seems very kind and helpful.
