Therapy from home has been a game-changer, especially with my schedule. It's super affordable as well with my insurance. My therapist has been nothing short of phenomenal. I feel like she has taken such an active role in my treatment and points out so many things that had me stuck that I didn't truly realize we're keeping me so stuck and preventing a lot of the larger changes I've been trying to make. I highly recommend.

We were able to find a therapist for each of us, as well as one for our marriage. The profiles of the therapists are great and you can really get a sense of who they are as well as their operation styles, therapies and trainings. Being able to access counseling via zoom opens up the doors where you can literally find anyone you want to work with anywhere in the world. My husband has been working with a Rula therapist that lives in Australia for a year, so you won't have to wait to get started.

It is very simple to sign up, make sure your insurance is taken and to find a provider-and easier to switch to someone different. The ease of communicating with my provider, setting, canceling and changing appointments is so nice. I am grateful that something like this is available. It is so much better than having to go in person, and if I didn't have this choice, I probably wouldn't have pursued it, and I needed it. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

Virtual therapy is convenient and I look forward to each session. My therapist is wonderfully insightful and her guidance has been pivotal in my life.

It’s easy to schedule and use. I’m more comfortable talking in a calm and familiar environment. I have connected very well with my therapist.

Amazing experience

The Rula process has been very user friendly. I like the privacy of the video appointments. The Psychologists have been so amazing!!
