The communciation from Rula is helpful and consistent without being annoying, the process to get the therapy options is simple and intuitive, and once you get to the therapists there are an incredible amount of options for whatever you need- however, the sorting, visuals, and tags (specialties, practice history, etc.) make sure those options don't get overwhelming. And my therapist has been absolutely wonderful, she's exactly who I needed and I'm excited to stay with her!
