Easy to find the care I need and have it covered by my insurance.

My therapist is excellent. She is calm and helpful and kind. I haven’t had any issues with billing. If I wanted to switch therapist, I could but I am very content with Alexis!

Care is easy to navigate and schedule, and cost is clear and upfront. I have found two different providers on Rula, and both have been amazing. I don't have to wait weeks to get on someone's calendar.

I really like this site. They have an extensive list of therapists that take insurance. Use the filters and find a good fit.

the therapist i signed up with cancelled 30 min before my session, and rula billed me for it 3 times. I keep getting charges for the co-pay and they keep billing my insurance. Ridiculous that they bill before confirming that a session took place and then I have to do all of the work to undo the billing blah blah blah. Never again Rula.

At first I was skeptical about sharing with someone on Zoom but it turned out to be a very nice experience. So far I’m pleased.
