Therapist didn’t show up to appointment and in the past he told me he was not going to be able on Saturday and I requested another appointment for any day on the week in the afternoon but he didn’t schedule me

We are always working to improve our patient experience at Rula but we occasionally fall short. Because of privacy regulations, we cannot discuss any specifics in this forum. We would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly to learn more about the feedback you provided. Please provide us with the email address and full name linked to your account (you’ll receive a separate email from Trustpilot where you can provide this), and we’ll follow up with you directly.

I have problems with connecting to my virtual phone call.

Rula is convenient and my therapist and psychiatrist are amazing. I have been able to consistently see the same care team, which was not my experience on other platforms. They actively listen and create realistic action plans to help me. The best part is they accept my insurance, so no high monthly costs.

Overall good experience; very convenient, both schedule and location (teleconference). Literally the only negative was the impetuous reminder notifications and actually getting into the sessions. 2-3 reminders in the same week is not necessary, and in fact caused a bit of stress. Then having to find the email, click the link, go back to my email, then being able to get in is awfully clunky. Either an app or a streamlined access process would help.

Very easy to talk with the counselor.
