Rula is simple to use. Scheduling and changing appointments is easy. Communicating with my provider is effective. I also had a change in insurance recently, and updating my insurance info was fast and easy. I also love that I don't have to remember a username and password - you enter your email address and get a unique link in your inbox each time.

There are a lot of different therapists available. The search criteria is very helpful. They have very good followup.

Rula paired me with therapist not in my network. Didn't tell me till over 1k was charged. They lied saying my therapist was in my network but my network has confirmed the therapist rula paired me with isn't. I'm homeless now bc they took a massive amount of money without even offering a payment plan. Apparently rula has a reputation for this sort of thing according to reddit and a few other platforms. I'm more suicidal than ever bc of this shady business.

The provider was on time and was amazing . I think k it’s going to be a great fit .
