I was able to match with an amazing therapist that has been supporting in providing me with the necessary tools I need in order to prioritize myself in my busy life. She is a GREAT listener and doesn’t make me feel guilty when I don’t follow through with the tips given. She motivates me to go at my own pace.

My therapist has been very compelling and understanding my complications in trauma. She has given me many tools to control my anger and outburst, and also understand the emotions that I’m feeling within the timeframe of me filling them so ruler is amazing, especially with the set up time in scheduling it according to your everyday life if people have a real hard time of having going to the office and talk to a therapist are more comfortable with talking to people on phones then go for it. My daughter and I both have therapists that listen attentively and we feel comfortable with them. We picked them on the first go-around which was nice!

Great user friendly service

My therapist Kathy was actually present at all times during my session. She challenged me to do better on my own. She thought me how to overcome fears. She helped me find and use my own tools to overcome any problem. She was very patient and kept me in place with my emotions at all time.
