Rula supports the therapeutic relationship and process without interference. Appointments are easy to manage and Rula has been efficient and responsive to my inquiries.

There's a sufficient pool of providers, available on this site. The 2 who I've chosen, to assist in my healing journey, are helpful and professional, while, also, being VERY relatable/personable. I look forward to my sessions, because I know that I'll get out of it whatever I put into it. Besides, I'm not paying my hard-earned money, to waste their time OR mine. So, I've decided to enjoy the journey.

I really feel heard and seen and understood by my therapist. The scheduling is easy. Rescheduling was very easy as long as you do so at least 24hs before you appointment. I feel like Rula has a good set of providers for whatever your mental health needs. They take insurance and that is a huge help financially. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I like that the therapist stayed diligent in contacting me I like that he excepts my insurance but rula need to get on tract with ins cause they except my insurance when they said that they do no mt take blue cross blue sheild.
