When I was struggling to find meaning to stay in this life I picked some horrible help sites before I found Rula. I picked my therapist and she was amazing. She listened with an open heart and mind. She gave me positive feedback and helped me to see and understand myself. I am still here and working to improve myself thanks to Rula.

Worst experience of my life, I was going through a very hard time dealing with a teenager about to graduate high school and extended family actions, I thought talking to a therapist would help and advise to my new therapist with Rula I was put off by another therapist and that my feelings were not valid and I needed to get over it! Then after multiple sessions with my new therapist with Rula she ghosted me and when I was at my lowest, trying to figure out what everything she said was real, I came from a bad upbringing and multiple traumatic relationships. I finally thought I could trust someone and she completely broke me again, after telling things I would never say again to myself, she is the worst therapist and I would never recommend her to anyone!
