My provider has made me feel much better, and it’s very convenient, and I like being able to speak from my home without having to go somewhere for services.

I was able to read through different areas of expertise each therapist had and find someone who fits my needs. For me, connecting to someone of Southeast Asian decent was important and I found the right therapist who would be able to understand my cultural differences and issues. My therapist I found on Rula is the first therapist to be able to help me go beneath the surface while working with me to kickstart my healing process.

The initial counselor had to cancel the first few appointments and we had never met. Rula detected that and suggested we find a new counselor. We had our first appointment with Joel and he seems great. I'm deducting one star because I'm receiving a ton of surveys regarding my mental health. I've completed each of them because I've been scheduled with 3 different people so I figured they needed them but couldn't they have been shared if they are ask using the same system?

Rula is convenient, easy to use, and the therapist I work with is great!
