As a mom of three kids, trying to get support and help during really complex hard times in life almost feels impossible when you don’t have support. Rula made that so simple and turned on the light of darkness for me that I am so insanely grateful for. Scheduling was easy matching with Counselor that is just right for me. Was simple and spot on the first time. I know I can go through this season that’s gonna be hard, but I will grow and I will be supported because of rula.

I’ve really enjoyed using Rula. The platform is extremely easy to navigate, and I love how simple it is to create, reschedule, or cancel appointments. They offer a wide range of therapist options, which made it easy to find someone who truly fits my needs. My therapist has been incredibly helpful and truly life-changing. Overall, it’s been a smooth and supportive experience, and I’d highly recommend Rula to anyone looking for mental health care.

Reaching out for help has become less intimidating and I love that I can choose a therapist based on my personal preferences :) When I first started Rula, I changed therapists a couple times with no complications. It helped me to find one that I’ve been working with for almost 2 years!

I have worked with 2 separate therapists through Rula. One for couples and one for myself. Both therapists had differing styles but were patient, insightful, supportive and easy to speak with.

So far so good. I was assigned Shirley Moorjani, and I found her to be very nice , warm and understanding. A breath of fresh air. Company is easy to navigate , but I just wish there was a direct way to upload stuff in the patient portal, but no biggie

I’ve been using Rula as my go-to for finding therapist in the area. I really appreciate having the diverse ways of looking up when therapists are available, and being able to filter them according to my needs.
