After 30 years of being in therapy, I finally found a good therapist with Rula. Jessyca is amazing. Her approach is perfect. She adjusts it to suit each client. She remembers things about her clients and always works with them. The booking process is simple, the portal is easy to navigate, and choosing a provider is made easy with all of the information they provide about each one. I highly recommend using Rula to find a provider. I had one provider that just didn’t work for me, but Rula made it easy to find someone who did. Choose Rula. You won’t regret it.

From a quick google search, the top providers come up! I was able to get a tele-health session the very next day (they offer in person too.) The website offers filters which help narrow down the care you need. It also takes a huge variety of insurances that lower costs if needed! And when you book an appointment it is so easy. I even had to call customer service for a little issue with logging in and the lady was so sweet and helpful. Overall, I was able to find the exact help I needed and I love the LCSW I talked to🥹. I would so recommend Rula to anyone.

Rula.com made it easier & faster to find an In-Network provider with my insurance than my insurance did!

I was using Rula for almost two years. My insurance paid 5 appointments in 2025 and in August 2026 they took the payment back leaving me with a balance of over $600. I'm self pay now have paid every appointment on time $150!! I was denied a payment plan even thought I was paying $300 a week, one for my appointment that week and one payment for an old appointment. I had never been late on a payment and was still denied a payment plan due to a "technical transition". I finally paid off that amount within about 3 weeks. My provider books a month out so I will be out of therapy for about two months which happened suddenly. Then I paid off the balance today, messaged the customer service center and was told they put a ticket into the billing team but would not provide a window of time. Then finally said they were escalating to billing right now and then disconnected the chat. The rep was kind I know she doesn't make the policies. Rula has changed, paying $300 a week is a lot and being denied a payment plan so I could continue my patient care.
