BS reschedule FEES
Charging a $99 cancel/reschedule fee for an appointment is BS! I'm sick of paying these million/billion dollar companies my hard earned money when life happens and something comes up. You suck RULA!

My provider no-showed
I found a provider and was working with her, but she didn't show up to our last appointment. I've already been charged for the session.
