I feel that the whole process is great. Answering some questions to get started finding a therapist. The therapist Ian I am working with is great. Ian is helping work out some issues I am currently dealing with. I feel the questions that I have to fill out every two weeks can be vague or black and white but besides that it’s a great program.

I used to utilize Two Chairs through Kaiser. I saw two providers through there. They were incredibly professional and punctual. Almost every single Rula provider I've seen (I have seen 5) has been unprofessional in some sort of way. Providers are suddenly obsessed with their "patient alliance" scores. How incredibly unprofessional is it for a therapist to pressure you to rate them better or find a different therapist.

The doctor I’m seeing is very kind and helpful! I feel very comfortable with her. The schedules are flexible and fit my needs since I’m a single mom who works full time. I love being able to get therapy virtually. The only thing I would prefer is an easier way to sign in. Maybe an app that would streamline things.
