I have seen results and gain so much understanding from my counselor!!

It's been seamless and very convenient

Going to be extremely honest it takes a extremely long time to hear back from customer service in emails and it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone in records. But as soon as the card doesn't go through I get half a dozen emails that I have to pay.

My goal before I began meeting with a Rula Counselor was finding new ways to think about things that bother me. That's exactly what we've been doing and it's changing my daily life.

From the very first session, my therapist made me feel understood and respected. She always listen carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and provide constructive feedback in a way that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health professional.

The pricing changes are ridiculous but my therapist is amazing.

I have Rula through my insurance and it is the best healthcare platform I've ever used. Scheduling is really easy, finding a provider was a breeze. You can search different types of providers with certain specialty focus areas. I truly can not express how user friendly the entire experience is. I have had individual therapy and couples therapy through the platform and I really enjoyed working with all the therapists. I feel really grateful to have found Rula.
