WARNING; Their system removes your insurance, then they charge you for total cost. After they do this this, they make it EXTREMELY difficult to get a refund. So, even though you have insurance, they will eventually charge you as if you don’t. I’ve spoken to 15 others that have had this same situation and we are forming a legal case against them. I would not use rula. Avoid them at all cost.

Rula made everything very easy. I was very pleased with my experience.

The Rula platform is super easy to use, very secure, and makes finding help seamless. I was discouraged from numerous attempts with other platforms to get my insurance accepted, but Rula made sure my insurance was accepted before I filled anything else out. I also found the best therapist who helped me in ways I didn't even know I needed upon joining.

My choice in therapist was very positive and promising. I feel safe working w TB White. Very easy to talk to. She asks very significant and tough questions that require me to search deep within. Painful at times but doing the hard work is how I'll grow!! Experience signing up was seamless. Process of logging in very straightforward. * * * * * 5 stars!

Although I’ve only had three meetings with my therapist, I can honestly say my experience with Rula has been very positive. I appreciate the reminders (text & email) so I don’t forget to do my assessment. I also appreciate how kind & supportive my therapist is. I feel very fortunate to have been matched with her.

RULA made it easy to communicate with it as an organization. The system communication provides automated appt reminders, tools, and options. The live intake conversation was helpful. Feedback is solicited after each appt. Follow up reports are easy to find. RULA makes it easy to change therapists if needed. I appreciate ability to meet remotely.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Rula and it is very user friendly. I was able to find a therapist that I connected with and the availability that I needed. I would definitely recommend this app to anybody that’s looking for flexible therapy with a therapist that’s the right!
