Convenient website, easy therapist to deal with, Jonathan is GREAT

Easy to use, quality therapist

Rula has been great for getting access to mental health resources quickly and easily for me. The phone support was great for helping go through options on providers when I was unsure. Payment if needed was quick and easy as well as insurance. They let you know up front what sort of costs they expect and verify your insurance the best they can before your appointment to make sure they don’t overcharge you later. The $99 missed appointment fee is worth the hassle if it means I can get access to a provider who is available at a regularly scheduled time instead of the ones offered elsewhere that have too many patients to meet with them on a standard schedule.

Met very nice people who make me feel like they care about me and want to help me grow. I appreciate that they accept a wide range of health insurances to help me pay for my therapy and psychiatry with less stress. Also love being able to find providers and see all their appointment openings to help me find the time I can get seen.

I’m very comfortable with the therapist I am working with, which I don’t get comfortable with people very easily.
