I saw a therapist through this app a few times. Then my therapist ghosts me and misses an appointment with no notice. I feel Alena Carnes should be removed from the service for this. I want to add that they never contacted me.

I just started last month and I have had 4 great sessions. My therapist understands what I am trying to express. She is a good listener. It's easy to talk to her unlike zooming which I am challenged by. I can do it out of the comfort of my home. I dont have to drive to get the help I need.
