Easy to work with great product no issues kept me up to date

The hat arrived in great condition, but it was a little large. I considered exchanging it, but it came with adhesive felt pads that help to snug it up. Fit is pretty good now.

I absolutely love this hat! The distressed style is exactly what I was looking for, and the quality is fantastic. It fits perfectly, and I’ve received so many compliments—people even take pictures of it! The customer service was outstanding; they were quick to respond and made the exchange process seamless when I needed a smaller size. I love your hats.This new one does need softening and some shaping but its very nice.If i can find a way to steam and shape it ,it should work out well to be great.
