Customer service has been great. The XL hat I ordered for my friends birthday was too big, first time that's happened. Anyway, they've been responsive and helpful with the exchange.

Chris in the customer service department was with me every step of the way. Once it was determined it was actually lost, Chris made me an amazing offer to make things right for me. Well I love the hat the only problem I had was that it took a while before I received it. Other than that it’s all good !
