Rogue FitnessReviews of roguefitness.com

I spent $8.95 on shipping for UPS which should be at least UPS ground (2 T-shirts). I ordered 2 t-shirts from Under Armour and paid similar price and they were actually sent UPS Ground/Fedex Ground. Rogue Fitness charged me $8.95 for UPS shipping(labelled on their website as: "UPS") to then send it Mail Innovations shipping, which is the slowest shipping and does not justify the $8.95 shipping I paid (for UPS Ground, not for Mail Innovations). Mail Innovations is slower than First Class mail and should not cost the $8.95 I paid which is a UPS Ground price. Company misleads you on what shipping you're paying for and then overcharges you for the Post Office Mail Innovations shipping. I used to like ordering from this company over the last couple of years, but now I do NOT recommend Rogue Fitness for any purchases. They're BBB rating is 1 star out of 5.

I've ordered a product that was not available in Europe, so it was shipped from the U.S.A. The shipping was very fast and the item was in perfect conditions; also the tracking was accurate.

I have purchased several items from Rogue Fitness: bars, storage racks and plyoboxes. The products are great and Rogue's customer service is great too.

Really disappointed that I gave money to a company like this. I'm stuck with the gear I choose to buy from them now, but I'll never buy from or recommend Rogue again. I took my business to American Barbell and am more than happy with the quality, affordability and support for one damaged 45 pound bumper plate I received from them - they simply ask some questions, apologized and replaced it. That's genuinely respectful and it's the kind of company that deserves our support. Avoid RogueFitness.com, they are a big brand with no soul and do not deserve your money. Save yourself the pain and don't find out the hard way.

The customer service was absolutely horrible and rude. They did not give accurate information and everyone I talked to had a different damn story! And they did not say on the website that it would take 14-30 days for the order to ship. And to pick up, was not allowed and then come to find out, they did not have all of the order done to be shipped. I would never consider anyone buying from them, because you pay so much and it takes that long to ship? There is no way! Obviously they like to make people mad and not work with them. I would take my money elsewhere.

I love my Rogue Echo Bike! A highly challenging workout but one which has improved my cardio. I find going out for runs easy now due to the intensity of my Echo Bike workouts! My delivery was flawless and I was well informed throughout the process. It takes about half an hour to build and is a heavy piece of kit, but I would recommend the Echo Bike to all fitness people who want to get fitter at home.

Rogue equipment is great, no qqs there. BUT! Customer service is AWFUL. We ordered equipment, it took forever to get delivered (undertsandably in pandemic), however we were sent a few wrong parts (so unable to use the equipment), we reached out to Rogue (hold is from 15 to 30min, add to that time you'll be on hold while they are "checking" and its at least an hour, there's also an email but noone will send you a response, so might as well skip that option) asking for expedited shipment of the right parts that we bought. it took 2 weeks (!!!) for us to get the parts to only realize.....those were the WRONG parts AGAIN!!!! we called again, apprently nobody can do anything to expedite anything (WHY?! apprently the rest of businesses got that "try harder and expedite if you've done your customer wrong" thing under their belt but not Rogue...) also apparently no supervisors are ever available (do they exist??) INCREDIBLY disappointed to buy equipment at this price and be treated like this. SHAME on you Rogue!!!!! consider other vendors out there to get your gym equipment, Rogue's inresponsiveness and indifference will drive you insane.

Last thing I wanted was to leave a bad review but I'm given no choice. I've invested in a little gym set up whilst paying e premium prices. One of the benches was super unstable and the airbike broke after a week's use. A WEEK of use. Super disappointed.
