They got my 3,000lbs worth of gym equipment within 20 miles and then told me to figure out how to get it myself. Terrible customer service. They won't guarantee a basic residential delivery. The equipment may be good, but the people and the customer service are sh* t.

Terrible quality control, I had so any issues with the Rogue air bike. Bad welding, foot pegs are not threaded to fit, powder coasting is hit and miss with areas expose to bare metal. Paid $400 for fright just on the Bike. I asked for a bulk deal on rogue bike, dumb bells, concept rower and trap bar and told this was not a bulk buy. I would never recommend Rogue, buying, quality and assemble is a nightmare.

My wife and I just bought the ECHO bike from them. Upon assembling, the small 14" cable that connects the training console to the bike had a connector missing (looked like the cable was cut) rendering the console useless. Poor quality control. This to me is a very simple little part to replace. NOT! Long story short, their customer service personnel is making sending us a new cable very difficult. Thinking about returning and chalking up the shipping cost to return this product as an expensive lesson in studying customer service reviews before purchasing a product. To me, good customer support is as important as the product's quality. If we don't receive this little cable by Tue., 9/28/21, will definately be returning the bike. Evidently, Roguefitness customers are deemed insignificant by the company's support personnel.

Order placed. Even though authorisation through PayPal has been confirmed, they requested drivers license, passport, etc. for validation. Literally defeating the purpose of PayPal. The muppet replying was called "Bass" so have fun with that guppy.

Bought the echo rogue gym timer. Tried to use it and it kept cutting off and on by itself. Notified rogue, and sent a video showing the issue. They shipped me a new one that day. Great customer service
