This order was an absolute nightmare. Never sent a confirmation email, which contained the link i needed to apply for hsa reimbursement so I got screwed out of that. Came in several boxes that were beat to crap. The worst part is you can tell the boxes were messed up before leaving their warehouse as they tried to tape up the damage with plastic packing tape. Many pieces were missing. The bolts sent to connect to the wall were not long enough and only engage the nut 40%, not safe. Had to fight tooth and nail to get replacement pieces. Sent pieces one by one, tried to tell me I didn't order those parts, lied about delivery dates. They would tell me i would get the part a specific day then it wouldnt even be shipped yet. I was so annoyed I wanted to return it but they make you pay shipping to send it back even though its their mess up! Don't ever buy from them, run like hell!

I bought their elevation training mask. Unless you are holding your head perfectly still the mask will slide down and press awkwardly against your nose or bunch up and let air escape from the sides making its purpose obsolete and also a creating a sensory nightmare. I tried returning it but they want to charge me $18 dollars for returning a $40 dollar product made of some kind of light weight foam.

STAY AWAY FROM ROGUE!! There is much better options out there!! I ordered a resin plyobox and two of the pilot holes do not line up with the holes on the other side. I put in a request to have this replaced originally Thursday evening with zero response, then followed up Friday and heard nothing back. I then went into the there chat service only to be talked at and spoken to by Andrew R in a very rude manner. I am extremely annoyed and frustrated with such a long, strung-out process even when i have picture Proof there is a manufacturing defect. Customer service is absolutely horrible when there is issues with there China made manufactured product’s.

The 1.8 star is totally accurate. Horrible customer service. They also dumped the entire order in the middle of my HOA street when I was out of town and now the HOA has threatened to remove it and charge me for ir. They refused to come pick it up and move it inside where it’s not on the street. Very rude. Not helpful at all! Stay away at all costs.

Imported a couple of items that were not on their EU website to Europe. This is a direct quote from their US website Checkout FAQ: "European Union customers: If product value is greater than €150, you will be responsible for any customs fees associated with the order once it arrives at the border. If product value is less than €150, Rogue will collect VAT & Duty at checkout and you will not be responsible for any additional fees." Taxes were collected at checkout. When the parcel arrived in the destination country it was held by customs and I had to pay taxes (VAT) again. Rogue Fitness refused to refund the taxes they collected and just told me to use the EU site next time. Well guess what, there won't be a next time.

The bands themselves appear to be high quality, but I was disappointed by the purchasing experience. The product image prominently displays the full lineup of Monster Bands, yet there is no clearly labeled complete set option. I mistakenly believed I was purchasing the full assortment shown and only realized after delivery that the package included just three bands. While Rogue offered a return, they were unwilling to provide any accommodation despite acknowledging my confusion. I expected more customer-focused service from a company with such a strong reputation

Horrible customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from them.
