Placed my oder 3 days ago, got here today..took about 2 hours to assemble.
My only complaint is the diagram for the onboard computer module assembly is almost microscopic.
Already been on it and having fun.
Thee windscreen protector is a definite plus, it's like riding in a high wind without it.

Ordered $1500.00 in products from Rogue…
Ordered $1500.00 in products from Rogue Fitness website. Called customer service to ask a couple questions and while I was speaking, the attendant hung up on me. First red flag. Ok, let‘s try again - spoke to the second attendant named Alain D. who was not useful and neither pleasant to speak with. Ended up canceling the entire order due to a bad experience at Rogue Fitness customer service. I can imagine how it would be if I needed to contact Rogue again for warranty issues.

INSULTING AND FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service experience was SURREAL! Their response was so unnecessarily negative that I actually thought they were amusing themselves at my expense. With any other company it would have been simple return of a brand new item, $100 item. Instead they lost me as a customer. I’ve spent quite a bit with them to build my home gym and had plans to buy much more from them. Luckily there are many other companies producing great home fitness equipment out there. I strongly advise you to buy from one of them.

Don’t expect your order to arrive
First just never arrived. I kept getting told to wait for 25 business days. Of course the order never arrived.
Replacement order was sent but the tracking number reflected the movement for both original and the replacement order. Ten weeks with the same tracking number showing packgage movements since May- now end July and still but still no order.
They use shipping that cannot be tracked which seems too convenient for an errant shipper. I’ve even offered to pay for a different courier company but they do not allow. Shocking that they flippantly just expect customers to wait indefinitely. As if there are not other competing companies that are able to ship similar items within days internationally. Competitor brands arrive globally within a week.
I expect they will send me a mail to tell me to wait 25 business days again

Worst Customer Service
Wednesday I made my first attempted to place a large equipment order from ROGUE. On the website I placed in all of the items, went thru adding the billing address, a PO Box, and then attempted to add my shipping address. The site would not allow the two different addresses. So I called Customer Service - they instructed me to change bowers I did - the same result. They then informed me I needed to email the quote department, customer service is not allowed to place any order you have to get a quote from the quote team and that must be done via email. I send off my email to the "quote team".. and wait 2 days for their response.
To make matters worse I had went back online to try and place the order giving them the benefit of doubt that maybe they were having some server problems, I had the same issue. I reprinted the "invoice" with the items I had placed the day before and added two additional items and waited for my quote from the "quote team.
Today, I open the email and the attached quote, the quote is higher then the "invoice" I had gotten when trying to place the order on line by over $500.00.
I read the email again and it says "If you have any questions or changes, please feel free to reply so that we can assist. To order, please feel free to give us a call at 614-358-6190, option 1 and any of our team members can help get your quote placed." Thinking this is just a possible pricing issue and that since I have a quote customer service maybe able to add items to an existing quote.
I call the number and speak with the customer service rep from OPTION 1, she can not help me I'll need to contact the quote team, however she does tell me I can call and select OPTION 2 to speak with the quote team. So I call I get ALEX the one listed on the email. PERFECT!! Nope, Alex is rude talks over the top of me, is not able to resolve any of my issues. He tells me I can screen shot the pricing I see on line and email that to the quote for them to review, he can not add items to the quote with out the email to the quote team or I can place the order on line.... I explain again I can not place the order on line it will not change the billing address (PO BOX) and the shipping address (Physical Location) to two different address. He tells me "well i've never heard of that problem" and that I have to email the quote team. I ask for a manager ... He speaks over me again and tells me he doesn't understand what I am not getting. He refuses to let me talk with a manager and keeps repeating - I have to send an email to the quote team for their review.
If at ALL possible DO NOT give this company any of your business!!! Worst customer service I have EVER uncounted. If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst Company Known to Man
If there were a world record for worst customer experience, Rogue would win first place. The amount of order errors and lack of care from their customer service department is truly baffling and one for the books. I placed an order April 25th. I wanted to exchange one item for a different weight. I placed the exchange through their automated system and received the wrong weight two weeks later. I contacted them, was understanding and polite about the error and requested a replacement. I had to pay $3 to print the shipping label at UPS for Rogue's error. I waited another week for the correct item to arrive only to receive TWO replacement items instead of one. And the craziest part... NEITHER OF THEM WERE WHAT I ORDERED!! Frustration full fledge by this point, I contacted them again. They said they ordered pickups for the two items through UPS and get this... THEY GAVE UPS THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!!!! The amount of stupidity and errors from this company is truly baffling. Honestly, I'm laughing at this point and telling every soul, including gym clients of mine, to purchase equipment anywhere and everywhere but here. I truly hope they lose many clients. Worst part? No apologies, no compensation for all this lost time and wasted money printing labels. It is now June 7th and the weights are still sitting in front of my house. Screw you Rogue, you guys are the world's worst company. The service reps who "helped me" are Paul C, Trey B and Marc Russell. Each and every one of you sucks.

Be sure to read the fine print in freight
I am very familiar with the brand and the cost associated with it but when I built my home gym this is what I wanted. What a mistake. I ordered the product and it took over 2 months to assemble and now I’m stuck in some shipping nightmare where the last mile delivery firm won’t deliver it to my home. Note inside my home - I just want it by my garage. There policy is curbside so not by your home if you happen to have a long driveway. I thought this was a joke. It’s not. Rogues fix - I rent my own truck and pick it up and drive it from the warehouse.
I never wish ill on a small bness but this company is going to ruin its brand by these short sighted decisions. It’s not like the margins here aren’t high enough to cover delivery to your garage.

AVOID buying trainers
Hi bought a pair of Metcon 3 from Rogue, they are discontinued and no longer available from Nike. A lot of places are offering them for £80 in the UK, however they were not as mainstream as Rogue.
I paid £130 for them from Rogue, that's full RRP, however when I received the trainer's they were used, with hairs inside, dirty soles and creases in the front of the trainer's.
I sent pictures to Rogue, they replied and said they were sorry I wasn't happy with the box but I would have to pay to return them. I challenged this and resent the pictures, ai also raised this with PayPal, guess what - the second agent said they could see the issue and they would allow me to return free of charge.
I tried to add a review against the trainer so they are transparent that the trainer's are used and not new, Rogue didn't add the review, twice.
I'm told the U.S Rogue team are alot more customer focused, not sure what has gone wrong in Europe.
My advice is to avoid and use a local, more reasonability priced supplier.
