I am a national designer and have used this product before for other clients. I wrote to this company months ago about a new home (new build) that I referred the product of Rogue Fitness - I even sent photos of what I wanted and the list of what I purchased before - (i.e) barbells, racks, balls - got the quote from Matt - then I called and wrote emails, wanted to add another rack and kettlebells - NO response and or quotes for months. NO calls from them no one has updated my order to add Kettlebells - the girl that I called in customer service very rude as well. Maybe they will lose the 10k to another company that responds. Oh - btw, Lifefitness got back to me and I ordered a really nice elliptical machine and already received it on location

Personally had a mediocre experience with Rogue Fitness. Spent a good amount of money, close to 5 grand on equipment and had an accessory that was "brand new, never used for training". I decided to try the knee sleeves as I had some knee pain from squatting and remembered.. I bought knee sleeves, why have I not tried using them? I tried the medium size knee sleeves on the next day and they were too tight on the knees, hence took them off and emailed Rogue Fitness for a Large knee sleeve replacement. I shared that I completely understood I was way out of warranty, however would ship it back on my dime so Rogue could see it was still 100% brand new, never used and could easily sell... as it was still being sold by them and just needed a swap in size. I realize that doing "right by the customer" isn't at the top of Rogue Fitness priority. Bottom line is, I can't say Rogue is wrong, as I was definitely out of the return window, however I can say that Rogue does not pride itself on customer service. It's a shame, as I was a big Rogue fanboy and was considering their FT-1 functional trainer, but that's definitely out the window now and leaning towards the FreeMotion Coop recommended, or the Cybex Bravo. I won't be spending another dime with them and will gravitate to those brands for a functional trainer, or if need mid/mid-high end equip will go with Rep, Prime, or LifeFitness set of brands.

I tried to order three small items: shoes, a pair of wristbands, and a keychain. When I entered my military FPO mailing address it would not allow me to calculate the shipping. Looking around the FAQ section I discovered that I have to use the Rogue Fitness APO online version of their store. They actually have a website set up specifically for military shipping. Great, I thought, a site just for the military. When I put the same exact three items in my shopping cart my total was an extra $22.30 higher than if I had ordered it at their regular website. So they are actually hurting the military community by charging us more. Ladies and gents in case you have never shipped some thing to a military overseas address it cost the same exact thing as shipping to an address in the states. The only difference is somebody must complete a brief customs form. It takes less than three minutes, it takes maybe two minutes if you were doing it on the computer and have done one before. I get that it cost the company to have someone do that customs form, and yes they have to pay someone for that, but I would expect a 2 to 4 dollar surcharge for that 3 minute effort - not $22. It’s robbery. It’s anti-military. I can’t believe it. Most companies don’t even charge to do the customs form. The worst thing is when I submitted this issue to customer service they didn’t even come back as a human they had some form response that just said thank you for using our website yes the prices are higher. No explanation of why no apology no offer to do anything else. Just stating that yes the prices are higher. I guess I can check Rogue off of my list of places that I will be buying gear from.

Great product; however, they shipped me the item and the shipping cost was $36.00USD, duplicated item ordered so I had to return the weight bar which cost $100.00USD to return the same item, when questioned why the shipping cost 3x more to return I was told due to weight and size, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Total ripoff!

Great product but the WORST shipping and delivery of any company I have even seen. 1200 pounds of equipment delayed over a week. Got notified one day before delivery and we were out of town. Trucking company lied and told us they could hold for 2 days. Rogue told them to deliver it and not hold it no matter what. The pallets sat in the rain for a whole day. Rogue could not care less. They are so arrogant. Had to order a wind screen for a bike. Cost $27. Shipping charges $24 for a 2 pound box. Said it would ship within 1 day. It has now been 4 Days and still hasn’t shipped. As I said. Great product but shipping and delivery is a joke!

Disappointed I really do not understand how everyone says how high quality Rogue barbells are. I received the stainless steel barbell and first things first the packaging was terrible!! No end caps I guess they had fell off in transit and the barbell was literally just shoved in the tube with no wrapping or protection of any kind inside. The barbell itself had scuffs all along the shaft that rogue says were usual with stainless steel barbells. I have an American barbell stainless steel barbell that arrived with no marks of this sort. Also the barbell is very loud and rattles when even just placed on the ground again Rogue says this is normal yet every other barbell I own doesn’t rattle like that even after repetitive drops. I am flabbergasted at the low quality of this barbell and for customer service saying this is normal quality. Just awful!! I was excited to get a full stainless steel barbell but now I’m just sad and disappointed that I wasted so much money on this inferior piece of equipment.

Last thing I wanted was to leave a bad review but I'm given no choice. I've invested in a little gym set up whilst paying e premium prices. One of the benches was super unstable and the airbike broke after a week's use. A WEEK of use. Super disappointed.

The company formerly at least kept to their mission of providing equipment catered to helping office warriors and soccer moms hurt themselves in new and innovative ways at their local crossfit gym. Today they apparently want to untangle from crossfit who they've always hitched their wagon to, but the equipment varies wildly in quality and rarely ships in a timely manner, if you're lucky enough to have the correct items sent. Tried ordering another power rack with various attachments but their stock system is chaotic and they're stuck with default ordering options on the site that aren't even in stock (when other finishes in the same product are). For example, why should I be limited to only one finish of bar with an order when there are others in stock... I've ordered repeatedly from Rogue in the past but don't have confidence in their goods being competitive, nevermind worth the premium anymore
