The company formerly at least kept to their mission of providing equipment catered to helping office warriors and soccer moms hurt themselves in new and innovative ways at their local crossfit gym. Today they apparently want to untangle from crossfit who they've always hitched their wagon to, but the equipment varies wildly in quality and rarely ships in a timely manner, if you're lucky enough to have the correct items sent. Tried ordering another power rack with various attachments but their stock system is chaotic and they're stuck with default ordering options on the site that aren't even in stock (when other finishes in the same product are). For example, why should I be limited to only one finish of bar with an order when there are others in stock... I've ordered repeatedly from Rogue in the past but don't have confidence in their goods being competitive, nevermind worth the premium anymore

VRAIMENT NUL !!! Site a fuir. J’ai passé une commande il y a deux semaine, elle n’est même pas encore préparée, et donc pas prête d’être livrée. Pour un site qui assure une livraison en 5 à 7 jours. Aucune réponse aux mails, une ligne téléphone « momentanément coupée »... Vraiment déçue d’avoir fait confiance à ce site frauduleux pour faire un cadeau d’anniversaire qui n’arrivera jamais à temps. Un conseil, si vous voulez commander sur ce site... FUYEZ !!!

I have been going back and forth with rogue for 60 days about the $1500 in equipment I ordered and it still not shipping even though all items were listed in stock. Rogue accepted payment immediately and a message that said there could be a 5-7 day delay on shipping. Here it is 60 days later and my items haven’t even been updated to “prepared for shipping.” I contacted their customer service the day after ordering to ensure the items I ordered were the correct ones and I was told “it is all compatible and you have all of the required parts!” Again 60 days later I ask what the update on my order is and request a refund on my shipping fees because I did not pay for 60 day shipping and they respond with “your parts aren’t even compatible so would you like to just cancel your order?” I respond “no what are my other options?” Rogue responds “you could hire a contractor to drill holes to make your equipment work.”

I have ordered Rogue apparel multiple times and each time it ships out extremely quickly and they do a great job keeping you updated on the status of your purchase. Their sizing information on their website is accurate and the pricing is more than fair for the quality. I could not have asked for a better experience. Side note: they are experiencing issues with fulfilling equipment (ex: dumbbell, barbells, weights) due to overwhelming and unprecedented demand as a result of the pandemic. They are working on resolving these issues and are completely transparent with their customers about these issues and their efforts to resolve them without sacrificing quality.

Poor customer service. I have purchased well over $4k worth of equipment from them in the last year but they have shown me recently that I don't matter. I purchased a P-3 Pull Up System and waited 14 days to get it. No biggie. But the box arrived missing the 2 bolts and flanged nuts that I need to use it. I called them up immediately and was told that they'd overnight the missing items to me. Should've been no sweat. A week and 6 phone calls later, I still didn't have the bolts though I was assured that it was a priority. When I finally asked to speak to a manager about the experience I was told "No. He'll just tell you the same thing I did". When I said, I'd cancel two impending orders (for over $800) and send my current equipment back, the attitude was, "Oh well". That's exactly what I did. It's safe to say that I will never do business with Rogue again. I'll buy from Titan Fitness whose customer service is far better and who delivers in a more timely fashion from order date.

Terrible delivery service. Multiple orders have now taken 3 weeks or more to arrive in Europe. Why... partly because when they don’t have the product in stock in Europe they ship from the states. Consolidate and ship on arrival. But there’s no obvious pre warning before you make your order and no expected delivery schedule. Great products but I will not be ordering again as the delivery is extremely poor.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Mikael at Rogue EU. I ordered over 700 euros worth of Rogue weight plates and paid 60 euros for delivery but the plates arrived damaged and in terrible condition. They were poorly packaged and sent as 9 different packages. Out of the 9 packages 8 were damaged - 3 were so badly damaged I could not bring myself to accept them even though I require them asap. I am currently going through a terrible experience with Mikael at ROGUE EU who selectively responds to my questions via email and seems to have little interest in resolving the damaged done, how poor the packaging was and the delivery charge.

I have bee a loyal customer of Rogue for many years. I've purchased equipment and apparel. I have owned more than 25 Rogue branded t-shirts over the years. Recently I purchased 4 Rogue branded t shirts to replace old ones. Three fit just like the previous 25 or so I purchased from Rogue and thee three others in the same order. But one was way off. Too large. I contacted customer service and was told that sometimes they get their product from different manufacturers so the fact that one of the shirts (the only one ever to come to me this way) was way larger than the others is normal. They offered to let me return it (which was not an offer at all since I always had that right) but that I had to pay the $12 shipping to return the $25 shirt. A shirt that they acknowledged didn't fit the way the other ones in the same order fit. Then, when I tried to post an honest review on Rogue's website (to let others know about the fit issue with the t shirts) Rogue will not permit the post.
