Rogue FitnessReviews of roguefitness.com

The delivered product seems to be great - let´s see about it´s durability in the long term, obviously can´t tell now since I just got it, but the product reviews are great as well. But the whole delivery process with Fedex and not much help from Rogue´s customer support was a nightmare, therefore only 4 stars. All good at the end, but still.

I ordered the Twin FM6 along with some barbells and other items; everything was packed very well, shipped very well, and I had no issues so no need to contact customer service.

Quality gear with the added bonus of high shipping and crappy customer service. I love their equipment. Their clothing sucks and is inconsistent ... and they won't stand behind it. You'll wait forever for shipping and pay an arm and a leg, but when you eventually get it, the equipment is great. Hats are "ok". T-Shirts are like playing the lottery. Bottom line: If you need quality workout equipment, they are at the top of their game ... But be prepared for long waits, multiple shipping (direct from other manufacturers with their name on it), and ridiculous shipping costs. If you find a similar item somewhere else, and know that vendor ... buy it there. If you don't know your vendor and don't want to take a chance, buy Rogue.

UPDATE Keeping the original review below which accurately described my frustration at the problems I had using a credit card... but, Rogue did go above and beyond to rectify this and I got a refund for the various egregious PayPal charges involved. Not the smoothest of experiences, perhaps a one-off, but thumbs up for sorting matters out. Now four star, not one. -------------------------------------------------------- What a joke. Tried ordering equipment online from Rogue EU (less than EUR400), they refused to take credit card payment and insisted on wire transfer or PayPal. They also refused to allow me to use a different card. I checked with the card company, and they confirmed payment was fully authorised and awaiting Rogue to simply take the money. I have never had an internet card payment refused in 25 years, until now, and have never been asked to wire money, until now. And no, I'm not going to set up a PayPal account and incur their nasty feeds just for Rogue's benefit.

5. Kun 4 stjerner pga. fragt tilbage.
