Really awful customer service. I placed a fairly large order which included a rack. On their order page it give you the option to 'add a bar and get collars free' -- While I did purchase a bar, I did not do so 'correctly' according to their website, and thus did not get my 'free collars.' We're talking about a $60 item on a $2,650 order here.
And the bar I did order was MORE expensive than the ones that come with 'free collars.' I figured this was would be an easy fix with customer service, but Emily W fought me tooth and nail .. completely rude and condescending.
I'll never buy anything there again and do not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Customer service is unprofessional and incredibly unhelpful. Mixed "it's been shipped" and "we'll have someone look into it and get back to you" messages.
I'm reaching out to have YOU look into what's going on. No accountability. Ended up cancelling $1000+ order. Would not recommend to a friend--or an internet stranger.

Tame your expectations
I think since their boom during covid, rogue has gotten a little too big for their britches. their quality control is and has been lacking for years. their packaging protection is woeful; especially when you have smaller brands like Titan and Rep that are making strides in both quality control and packaging protection (actually listening to their customers).
I've ordered a few things from Rogue. My first purchase was the Slice Sled. Absolutely nothing wrong with the product itself; it's built like a tank. my gripe is in regards to the literal lack of any packaging protection whatsoever. there were literally extra pieces of cardboard thrown in there that had no purpose at all.
my second purchase was the Ohio Power Bar (amazing bar) but while you have even Chinese companies offering more packaging protection for their subpar products, rogue still ships their in a tube with no protection at all so when I saw my UPS guy coming up the driveway, I was crestfallen to see that my Ohio Power Bar came to me pre-opened! (YAY!)
my third purchase was their Monster Triangle Grip, zero protection on this item as well. literally some foam 1/8" paper thrown in the box with the attachment.
end of the day, Rogue is not immune to being overthrown as being "the king" of home gym equipment. being made in the USA and using quality steel isn't all there is to being a successful gym equipment company. the process goes down the line from quality control and packaging protection. I just dont understand the thought process by touting you're made in the USA, made with quality steel, and quality welds all around - something that screams, premium, and then you go and ship these items to your customers virtually unprotected.
also, don't buy into their stellar reviews on their website. they pick and choose which ones stay on their website. my review regarding their packing for my Ohio Power Bar never got published.
Update 4/13/2023: Placed an order for the Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 with Stainless Steel, waited 7-10 days just for processing, and additional 4-5 for shipping. 1 package arrived today with the other coming tomorrow. Needless to say, yet another cheap packaging job and QC on their behalf. The box was ripped on open the side with the back adjustment piece scuffed badly showing bare metal. numerous other location are chipped and scuffed as well. There is also visible slag on the interior of the seat adjustment piece.
This is a $900 bench and as everyone knows, nearly everything shipped to customer is customer paid shipping so you would think that having paid WAY ABOVE retail for shipping costs a customer would receive the best packaging, protection, and QC but no, this is never the case with Rogue.
This will be my final order from Rogue as they are a company that no longer deserves my hard earned cash.
You got other companies coming for your spot, Rogue. My opinion is, step up your game, or you'll be left behind. Complacency and arrogance ruins businesses.

Terrible return policy
Terrible return policy. Clothing return shipping must be paid for by the customer even if their sizes are incorrect.

Purchased Rogue Cave with dual slingers. Received low grade cable weights instead of what was advertised. Cable system is completely inop. Even if the system worked as rogue intended the pulleys would rub on the housing. Very low quality. Save some cash and go to Rep Fitness

I purchased a pair of ADIDAS squats shoes. I wear them only one time per week. One shoe completely fell apart with in a few months. And Rogue will not warranty them. Thanks for ripping me off scumbags.

Terrible
Terrible! DO NOT ORDER. Rejected a return parcel to exchange for a different size after instructions followed exactly. Then denied all liability for this when Royal Mail tracking service clearly says this is what happened. I am 2 months now from when I made the original order, I have paid and have nothing to show for it and have raised a complaint which is essentially being ignored.

Personally had a mediocre experience…
Personally had a mediocre experience with Rogue Fitness. Spent a good amount of money, close to 5 grand on equipment and had an accessory that was "brand new, never used for training". I decided to try the knee sleeves as I had some knee pain from squatting and remembered.. I bought knee sleeves, why have I not tried using them? I tried the medium size knee sleeves on the next day and they were too tight on the knees, hence took them off and emailed Rogue Fitness for a Large knee sleeve replacement. I shared that I completely understood I was way out of warranty, however would ship it back on my dime so Rogue could see it was still 100% brand new, never used and could easily sell... as it was still being sold by them and just needed a swap in size. I realize that doing "right by the customer" isn't at the top of Rogue Fitness priority. Bottom line is, I can't say Rogue is wrong, as I was definitely out of the return window, however I can say that Rogue does not pride itself on customer service. It's a shame, as I was a big Rogue fanboy and was considering their FT-1 functional trainer, but that's definitely out the window now and leaning towards the FreeMotion Coop recommended, or the Cybex Bravo. I won't be spending another dime with them and will gravitate to those brands for a functional trainer, or if need mid/mid-high end equip will go with Rep, Prime, or LifeFitness set of brands.
