Ordered a weight belt that was way undersized. Customer support was useless and did nothing to help. Ordered a shirt as well and was very cheaply made. Buyer beware

I am a national designer and have used this product before for other clients. I wrote to this company months ago about a new home (new build) that I referred the product of Rogue Fitness - I even sent photos of what I wanted and the list of what I purchased before - (i.e) barbells, racks, balls - got the quote from Matt - then I called and wrote emails, wanted to add another rack and kettlebells - NO response and or quotes for months. NO calls from them no one has updated my order to add Kettlebells - the girl that I called in customer service very rude as well. Maybe they will lose the 10k to another company that responds. Oh - btw, Lifefitness got back to me and I ordered a really nice elliptical machine and already received it on location

I recently purchased rogue echo bike 3 arrived on time on pallet, The bike is built like a tank great quality throughout, I have bought some extras phone holder ,water bottle,and windguard I'm a very happy customer and will shop again In the future

Avoid at all costs! I bought a rogue echo 3 - rubbish item, too loud, and not for us, sent it back at my own expense, they charged me 15% restocking fee and paid me back in euros! Absolutely disgusted the way they handle returns! Complete nightmare of a company to deal with, do not buy at all unless you want to be treated like dirt and abused with not getting your money back! All the product reviews you see about this companies products are fake!!!

Before placing an order understand that, you will not be notified when you will be receiving your shipment unless you’re actively checking your tracking number. If and when the shipping company comes to you, they will threaten to dump the order on the side of the road if you are not there unless you pay additional fees for redelivery. In case you schedule another delivery, they will not show up on the scheduled date! I have spent all the money I saved on their Black Friday deals paying for labor for days shipping was “supposed” to show up. Hence it was 3 different rescheduling dates. Oh and customer service will tell u to beat it basically. Good luck!

Hice un pedido a rogue Europa y tardaron más de los días que estipulan. En su web pone que tardan máximo dos días, su servicio de asistencia me dijo de 7 a 10 días laborales y cuando pasaron más de 10 días, ya no se digna ron a responder a mis quejas, dejaron de contestar. Realmente muy mal servicio. Desde luego voy a tratar de que toso mi entorno del fitness no consuma un producto suyo.

DO NOT PURCHASE FOR STUDIO/COMMERCIAL GYM! Let me start by mentioning their products look great and are aesthetically pleasing. But there are many areas of improvement that are needed. One if you're a business I would suggest steer clear of their products and customer service. They're quick to sell you products but are not flexible with making adjustments to fit your business. Customer service was horrible, I was looking to return a few products after making a huge purchase for my studio gym and they tried to make it as difficult as possible to get it done. It took about a month to be able to just send back products. Their product are extremely oversized and are not fit to be in regular space. When purchasing equipment and having a career in the fitness industry I was expecting their equipment even based on their descriptions to be able to fit in a traditional commercial gym setting. No, they fit but only after taking out part of your ceiling since the engineer didn't account for the space it takes to assemble and place upright. With my purchase, they sent me 9 pallets and did not offer assembly literally they treated it just like a transaction with no type of service. So if you are looking to start a gym DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROGUE.
