Shiny expensive equipment with inadequate packaging came banged up, scratched up, and had sharp edges because of it. Had metal rattling around inside of crossmember and paint defects. Was given a choice to return items or take a lousy “store credit” but had to spend more money to use it. I regret buying this rack.

I recently purchased a barbell from Rogue Fitness, attracted by their advertised “lifetime warranty” and “30-day return policy.” Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Within three weeks of receiving the barbell, I discovered a deep scratch on the coating. Concerned about the durability and overall quality, I reached out to Rogue Fitness to request a return and refund under their stated policies. However, after a week of back-and-forth communication, they refused to honor both their 30 day return window and their lifetime warranty. I’m disappointed with both the product’s quality and the lack of responsiveness from customer service. They do not stand by their warranty or return policy, which is frustrating as a customer who trusted their promises. If you’re considering purchasing from Rogue Fitness, be cautious. In my experience, the barbell’s coating was of poor quality, and the company was unhelpful in resolving the issue. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.

Very poor customer services. Purchased knee sleeves and received the wrong size, Refused to waiver the return fee. Won't purchase again.

terrible quality control for a company that brags about service and being american made. customer service is atrocious and when i received a defective product from them they refused to help.

Should’ve looked at all the negative reviews before ordering something from this place. If you get some thing, make sure it’s not broke because if you have to return it you pay shipping and you don’t get a full refund because they take the shipping that it took to get there to you back.

After being content when kettlebell arrived I took some time to go over the E-coat 26lb kettlebell I ordered the fit and finish of the bell is not good. The paint is unevenness there are scratches on bell. Very disappointed that I paid 82.08 for this crap.

Terrible company, nearly 3 weeks now and still haven’t dispatched my order. Customer service just fob you off. Buy elsewhere!
