RockIt Repairs repaired my Kindle Fire after we had already taken it to a local shop that couldn't do the precision work needed. They did a wonderful job and my Kindle is working great. I was so worried that I would lose all my pictures and books, but they saved the day! Not only that, but the US mail service "misplaced" it when RockIt mailed it back to me and they continued to work with me and the postal service until it was located and returned to me. (The mail issue was totally not their fault.) I would highly recommend RockIt.

They do a good job of keeping you informed of the status of your repair. They even did a second repair for free when the first one didn't last. My only concern is that they can test the repair on site and it works but it doesn't last when I get it back. This has happened twice now.

Avoid this place at all costs. I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen repair after it shattered. They told me it would cost $100 but ended up paying $115. They gave me the phone back with a bent out of shape frame, a home button that barely works, and a cheap screen that broke under the pressure of my index finger the very next day! I brought my phone back in, sure that the 90 day warranty would cover a faulty part, and they blamed it on me! They told me that I must have dropped the phone again, that they would never have bent my frame as they did, and that they would charge me full price. I threw a fit and lowered the price to $55. Needless to say, I am furious and will never EVER return.

I sent in my galaxy gear S watch and they had it repaired and ready in no time at all. As well they kept me informed on when they received my watch, what they needed to do to fix it as well as a reasonable price. I will be using their services again.

Repair was quick (other than having to order part) and professional. What is particularly notable is how easy it is to communicate with them (the owner always responds to emails) and their follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the repair and to work out issues if you are not (I had an issue but it turned out not to be their repair and all is good now). A great resource, particularly if you are our of warranty. I highly recommend them.

I came in to the store without an appointment, with a broken screen on my iPhone. The staff was polite and reassuring. They took my business right away and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes! They called me to let me know I could come and pick up my phone. My only concern was the cost. I already had a new screen that I brought in with me for them to replace the broken screen with... I think $55 for 30min of labor was a bit pricey! Last year I broke my screen and it cost me $65 for a new screen & labor in 1 hour of time.

My screen cracked because ipads are pretty weak. I brought it to RockIT Repairs and they put a new screen on it. They also put on some extra hard screen protector which insured it wouldn't break in the future. (It was a little expensive and it took a week longer than they said it would, but the end result outweighed any issues.)

Have used Rockit Repair on two occasions and they have given excellent service @ a very reasonable price. Their technical people are very knowledgeable. They also give fairly quick turnaround.
