The printhead came quickly and work amazing! Super easy install and worth the extra money to replace everything rather than smaller components. Will order all of my heads from here in the future.

We did a Science Fair style hack day at my company and we thought about Lego droids at the last minute. I received everything quicker than expected and it was a fantastic addition to our day.

THESE GUYS ARE FAKE. 1. Waited a month for a dr duino. 2. Raised issue with ebay. 3. Robotshop responded - items sent blah blah blah. 4. Immediately left negative back. 5. Robotshop immediately cancelled/refunded the sale. 6. The board never arrived, was never sent. LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR DEALING WITH FUCKWITS.

Edited: So Ive had a bad experience with robotshop.com, I ordered on 10th march 2017, Its now 21st march. no parts yet. Emailed support section and the have no sort of email or shipping details to rectify it. I ordered through them on the guest checkout as I didnt need a actual account. I paid all in around 100 pounds. They have flat out refused saying Ive bought nothing, Even checking my emails and deleted via recovery and ive defiantly had no confirmations yet. They have checked my email i sent them and even the last 4 numbers on the card that I used to pay, and they still cant find my order. My next step is taking a picture of the transaction via paypal. Then I will email them this photo proving I did buy from them. STILL NO DELIVERY. So dissappointed. Not to use again. Dissatisfied Customer Edited: So after light of whats happened, I'd assume they are tracking me by my Paypal email and not my actual email. Mistake on my part, however still wasn't happy with how customer services just dismissed me. But good to know that out there you do have good people able to track things down.

In my opininion this is the best site where people can buy robot's kit at a good price and in total safety.

Robotshop has a rich catalog of well-priced parts. Since it's local (to me in Quebec) parts arrive in days rather than weeks, and that offsets the slightly better pricing you'll find with Chinese suppliers. My first order was for inexpensive omni wheels. They were well made and look sturdy. Robotshop has a free-delivery-with-big-orders policy, so I'm making a little list for my second order.
