This company is trash. App/website won’t work. The “doctors” only have availability at 5am and stand you up. Terrible experience, find a different company.

After multiple expenditures using unsuccessful dermatology apps claiming to treat facial skin conditions like Perioral Dermatitis and Adult Acne/Eczema, nothing worked until trying Ro Custom Rx Skincare. Luxurious feel, and minimal side effects of temporary dryness, for quite a good value considering I would spend twice the cost at CVS for a non-effective or tailor-made experience. I feel cared for, my skin keeps getting better and better each week, and I am in my fifth month! The treatment is diminishing fine lines and wrinkles, and skin texture is so smooth and even-toned now. RECOMMEND FOR ANY WOMAN WITH HORMONAL SKIN CHANGES OR AUTOIMMUNE CONDITIONS.

Scam scam scam. I saw the commercials, the company looked legit and I was genuinely excited to start. Bottom line. Call your insurance carrier, find out if they cover you for a certain medication. Which in my case the answer was no. If you go through Ro, they will do the same thing but they will make sure the process takes over 30 days so you end up sending them $234 for the same result. Bottom line they do not do anything for you that you couldn’t have done for yourself………..for free (call your insurance carrier) Scam scam scam

I went through the LONG process with Ro. Overall, it took over two months for the blood work kit, consultation, and prescription to be done. Once I was confirmed with a prescription, I was lucky to learn my insurance covered 100% of the cost. This is when Ro and the prescriber ghosted me. I would send messages with the website promise of hearing back in 24 hours- I heard back days later. They originally set my prescription to a random mail-order pharmacy, but my insurance had its own and Ro refused to transfer the prescription over. I would contact Ro and even my insurance to reach out only to be told the process took up to a week to happen. After two weeks of waiting for my prescription to transfer - my insurance sent a "we can't confirm this because your prescriber hasn't responded to our request". I ended up scheduling an appointment with a PCP and on the same day I was able to get the same medication fulfilled at a local pharmacy. Ro is just a cash-grab scam. I paid into the Ro program only to have my PCP do everything in a day over the 2 months wasted here with no prescription filled. Do not deal with Ro, they do not care about you only the out of pocket money you will give to them.

I paid $99 to be told I do not qualify. The doctor said he’d process a refund. Still waiting for my refund. I have disputed the charge on my bank account. I’ve reached out twice and was told another team member will contact me back. Absolutely wrong. I should have received a receipt for my refund. Nothing.

I used them for many months, back until March but I would get multiple emails kind of taking me to different places. I honestly just couldn’t figure the website or app on my phone. I didn’t know where to respond, who I was responding to. When I clicked on the reply button in the email it never took me to where I needed to go. I switched to hims I didn’t want to quit, I liked the company but when you get an email and it says click here to respond to dr or nurse you go somewhere completely different, very sad 😞

This is the worst experience EVER. I have been trying to get my meds for over a month. No one replies to emails, ever! It feels like talking into a black hole. They have the kindest call center agents, but don't be fulled....nothing happens.Don't waste your money, your time, or your nerves here. I've had some bad experiences with various service providers in my life.....trust me, NOTHING COMES CLOSE TO THIS! Beyond disappointed.
