The process for their weight loss management program is frustrating to say the least. They deal primarily with third-party partnerships with entities such as pharmacies and everything works via email which delays any questions being answers. I recommend seeing a physician, getting a prescription for the recommended medication and following through on your own. A process that takes a couple days, took more than three weeks with Ro.

Initially, I was impressed. I did lab work, had an appt, got first Rx. When it came time for new Rx, they sent it 2 days after I needed it (even though I requested it 9 days earlier) AND they forgot to include instructions. The pharmacy requested information which Ro never sent so the Rx was cancelled. I messaged Ro multiple times, called twice, and e-mailed 3 times requesting that they take action. The phone people understood and were great, but they just pass it on to your "team." My team, never read or understood the issue, and never took action. They kept telling me they had sent it and to call the pharmacy...which I did and that is where I learned Ro failed to include instructions, failed to respond to the pharmacy's request for information, and since the Rx was now cancelled, failed to send a new Rx despite my multiple requests. Now Ro is telling me they are looking for a pharmacy (that is what they tell you prior to your first Rx). I have a pharmacy, they are great, but they need the correct information--that's all. Ro's business model is not working. It has now been over 2 weeks since I should have taken the first dose of my Rx on which Ro dropped the ball. Unbelievably frustrating experience.

Do not….I repeat do NOT use Ro if you want to actually get a GLP-1 (assuming you qualify). I joined the program around Feb. 6. Finally had a virtual appt, after my blood work came back, on Feb 26. The nurse practitioner told me she prescribed the drug that day. It’s March 30 and I still can’t get Ro to actually send the prescription to my pharmacy. My benefit has no prior authorization. It’s as simple as sending the script. Stay away from Ro. You have other online options.

Don’t do it. The website wasn’t clear how things would be done, I signed up anyway and took the labs for the weight loss program. My appointment with a doctor to get a prescription has been canceled by them twice and no link to schedule has been sent. I’m in limbo. What a waste.

This is absolutely a scam. They will take your money and not refund it. They absolutely will not give you a prescription.

ro.co is not what they used to be. I’m going on a month of receiving a prescription that I was approved for but they can’t seem to get it to a pharmacy! I’ve contacted their care team on numerous occasions and was told it’s being resolved and should have a response in a few days, which they never respond and it’s never resolved. They use reoccurring billing so even though they are the ones having issues you’re still going to get billed. Not to mention they won’t refund your money. The service is fine until there’s a problem. Then you are plagued with generic responses to your questions in your care team chat to buy them time and say they responded. I would recommend doing your homework and find another provider so you don’t end up being a fool like I am. My date of experience for this issue is the entire month of March 2023.

Ro.com has terrible service. I have submitted several requests and have not received replies. The worst is you can't even remove your banking information from the website. I do not suggest using this website.

SCAM!!!!!!! They do not do what they say that they will do and have terrible customer service. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
