“I’ve been taking Wegovy for a week and a half, and I honestly had very high expectations. Unfortunately, the disappointment has been pretty hard because I haven’t lost even a single pound so far. I understand that everyone responds differently, so I’m going to finish the first month and see how it goes. However, if I don’t see at least some weight loss, even a small amount, I don’t think I’ll continue with it.”

Please cancel my order. I did not know I would be charged for the medication and 149.00 per month for a membership! I am going to go through my doctor for this.

You only supposed to deduct my account once a month and you decided to fill my order too fast and deducted my account twice in October and messed up my my account and with extra fees for a doctor's fee I never talk too

Hi Dallas - There are 2 separate charges with Ro: 1. The Ro Body Subscription fee and 2. The cost of your medication (this varies based on your choice treatment). You can see pricing on this landing page: https://ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/ I'm going to request more information to see if there is something I can help you with in your account!

Bogus monthly fee, poor customer service, suggest buying direct from manufacturer. Very disappointed

Most frustrating user experience via a website, not to mention 100099389 emails and texts that force you to do, redo, reredo, rereredo, and on and on. I still have no idea how much I am being charged (is it $149, $34.95, $49.95 all of those plus cost of medication?) In one message I was informed I had selected (which I had not) to pay for medication myself. Then 5 hours later I was told my insurance had approved it. But then had to login, repeat text authorization, twice, and never got my “free” report. Whoever is doing the usability design and message campaigns needs to be fired. It’s a mess. And, as I said, I still don’t know what I am paying for or the total amount that will be charged. When you sign up it's basically unlimited access to your credit card. And the texts, emails, well they never stop….and I mean 15 or more a day. UPDATE: Ro shipped the medication and refunded me the $149 fee for "membership" which I should point out their website stated the first month was free. For the record, I never interacted with a provider, ever. No lab tests, nothing. I'm still getting texts and emails from Ro, though they canceled my membership. This company has good customer support, but their price transparency, refund policy, medication and cost, self-pay vs. insurance pay, and other information is a muddled mess. No one should have to go through a form, then fill it out again as part of onboarding, fill out parts of it again to interact with a "prescribing provider," fill out other parts of information to define what medication you are asking about and that you have already provided -- not to mention getting endless text and emails on the same. I don't know if I have one account or 27 because of the mass text and email messages, which make it seem like something is missing, additional details are needed, insurance cards need uploading, and so forth, when all of that has been provided not just once but MULTIPLE times. Ro can take this offline all they want, but the problems still exist despite my pointing them out.

Hi Kristine. I'm going to request additional information from you so I can clarify any charges! There are 2 separate payments: 1. Ro Body Program which unlocks access to licensed providers, RN coaches and ongoing care 2. Medication fee. This varies depending on the medication, dose and your preferred payment method.

The registration process was duplicative requiring entry of identical data (I.e. medical history, medications, hoped for outcomes of the program. Most troublesome is a misrepresentation of the program costs. The marketing materials make it appear that the first month's medications would be discounted to $39 from the regular price of $149 per month. After providing credit card information, my card was charged both sums for the first month. If I am only charged the $39 one time i'm just angry. If I am charged $39 plus $149 each month, this will be reported to the FCPA and the attorney general for fraud

Hi Larry - If you go to our main page, ro.co and select "Weight Loss" then "Pricing", you'll be able to see all of our cash pay prices for both the Ro Body Membership pricing + Medications. You can select "see all dose prices" within each medication for full transparency. Hopefully this is helpful!

Costs are not up front and are very sneaky. The ads I have seen seem to imply that the cost of GPL-1 medication is only $39/month to start and as low as $74 per month after that. But that cost doesn’t actually even include the cost of the medication. That is the cost of a membership to their program. The cost of the medication is above and beyond that. While I can’t say it’s illegal, it’s certainly VERY disingenuous. That being said, if they just were up front about the cost, the rest of the process was very easy and smooth. But I can’t overlook the bait and switch with the cost. Therefore, I have and will continue to discourage others from using this company.
