I ordered three "on/go Covid-19 Antigen Self-Tests" kits from Ro Pharmacy in January (2022) at $30/box to keep on hand. I received the kits on 1/7/2022 and discovered that the tests expired 3/2022. I immediately called Ro and offered to return the unopened/unused kits since they had such a short shelf life. I was told that Ro did not accept returns but would refund my money, if i did not use the tests before the expiration date. I called Ro in March and was told that the FDA issued an extension and the tests were now effective until June 2022. Again, I was assured that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the tests, if they were unused by June. (**In the meantime, concerned about the continued extensions, we used tests from other manufacturers/distributors that were not expired.) I called Ro once again and was told the tests were now good through the end of the year!?!?!? Furthermore, Ro was no longer reimbursing for unused/unopened tests. I have no confidence in the "on/go Covid-19 Antigen Self-tests" nor in Ro. I would not buy any other medication or medical supplies from Ro. I gave Ro one star because each of the Ro representatives that I spoke to was very polite, well-spoken and helpful. Sadly, the company is unreliable.

Finally, getting meds is streamlined. Ro does the work for me, and communicates effectively by text. I have a pretty good meds rotation going with them. I like that they don't send them without first checking with me by text. All I have to do is send a text reply okaying the order. I've been using Ro for several months and I haven't had any problems with delivery. My meds come in 2 days. Their customer service team is friendly, professional, and efficient.

Unfortunately, I was unable to fully utilize the company’s services due to shipping issues (not the company’s fault). The process is very simple and straightforward. I ran into issues with the shipping being delayed (a common occurrence in Hawaii) resulting in contamination of the deposit with bacteria growth. Each time they contacted me to let me know of the problem. After two failures, and without my asking, they issued a full refund. I could not praise their level of customer service more. I would highly recommend this service, unless you reside in Hawaii, like I do.

This place SOUNDS great (they have very good prices and pop up on GoodRx) until you find that your own doctor cant send in a prescription...so then, for example, if you want an antidepressant, you need to pay a pile of money for a consultation. This would not be so bad except that on the home page they have a section for private prescribers suggesting that they ask their patients if they would like them to call their prescription in to Ro! Seriously? Update....I originally gave this group 2 stars because of the issues above BUT it turns out that even though you get sent to Ro.co by goodrx (and experience the above issues) these folks also operate Ro pharmacy which is legit, has great prices and good people. They lose one star because of the confusion caused by their name choices (and the inherent confusion in Ro.co where they offer a prescriber the option of using their system but only accept prescriptions at Ro pharmacy) but otherwise they are pretty darn good...give them a look if you pay for your drugs on your own.

Serious med delivery fail. Roman promises two day med delivery I am waiting 8 days+++ they cannot get basic shipping correct and their pricing is 100% higher than anyone. Buyer BEWARE this is a scam company ripping people off who need meds.

I can't say enough good about Ro Pharmacy. I'm disabled and under 65 and am unable to buy a part d Medicare supplement for script coverage in my state because of my age so my only option was a Medicare Advantage plan. Although many of these advantage plans do offer some level of script coverage they still tend to leave a lot to be desired. Many scripts are either not covered by them at all or have super high co pays. Ro Pharmacy has been a true savior as far as helping me get these uncovered scripts. My scripts through Ro Pharmacy are actually cheaper than the copays I was paying when I had full employer provided insurance coverage. Their staff are super polite and professional and respond to questions and enquires very quickly. My orders are always accurate and arrive very quickly. They will always have a very loyal customer in me.

So far I have had a great first time experience with RO Pharmacy. I found the pharmacy through good rx and decided to give it a try as I am in between insurances right now. I am very happy with how cheap my generic prescription was even with the shipping. I am satisfied with the staff as well, as they did all the contacting to receive my prescription information. They definitely made it easy on me. I look forward to using your pharmacy and I will be recommending RO to others as well!
