Bait & Switch…. They said start for $45 month but they really mean for their horrible app & no medication. They try to push you to other meds in the $500 per mo. Do not engage.

They dupe you into saying it’s $149 per month, and you pay $45 for a “consultation” and lab work that they say goes towards the $149. Then, after you get the lab results, they charge you the full $399/month without applying the initial $45 to that amount. The $149/month is for the program, and the MEDICATION is $254/month. Be prepared to pay $399 each month, just like every other GLP company out there.

RO is a scam! They took money before I even had approval, RED FLAG! Then recieved approval through a AI bot, RED FLAG! They make it impossible to communicate with a real human, RED FLAG! They use deception to misslead you, RED FLAG! Learn from my mistake and stay far away from this company!

I’m very disappointed in my introduction to this program. I was assigned to Samantha Mathos as my RN to speak with me. I joined the call promptly at 2:45. Since it was my first time, after 5 minutes I emailed her asking if this was still a good time as she was still not on the call. So being proactive, I joined the call on a different browser thinking that might be the issue. Finally, after 10 minutes, she joined the call. Immediately she said, “you were late and I had to use the restroom” explaining to me her tardiness. I kindly stated that I had been in the video call since the start of the meeting. I didn’t intend for this to be an argument I simply wanted her to know I was not purposefully tardy. She stated that it only said 3 minutes on her end, and rudely asked if I wanted to reschedule. Completely shut me down and cut me off. She was cold and callus in her demeanor and facial expressions. It made an already difficult call, more uncomfortable. I left the call feeling extremely upset rather than excited for the new journey. I hope someone sees this and provides this feedback to her. As someone who’s in the service industry, I’m constantly looking for ways to improve and am open to feedback. Hopefully Samantha is as well because as a nurse, she should be considerably more warm in my opinion.

They were very responsive and knowledgeable as well as empathetic to my situation. The appointment scheduling was easy and very quick and they've stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. And they worked with my insurance company as well. All around 5 stars!

This is the Bait and Switch Scam of the year. I asked for Ozempic in the very beginning and after they took my membership $$ they would review my case and make a determination of eligibility and then we could proceed to selection of a treatment plan. All is well and good and I am accepted, you will be too, and then I am informed that due to inventory shortages I will have to choose one of three other products that they can ship immediately. No option to pass and have my $$ refunded, just an option to choose one of the the three alternatives. I closed the page an returned to the RO web page to look for a phone number to call. NOPE! A while later I received an email about making my selection of the three products that could be shipped. I replied that I was not interested in Bait and Switch products and had made clear that Ozempic with my choice in the beginning and that I wanted a refund. Still they want to play endless email games. They hide their contact number. When you find it and call the conveniently can't answer your call because of the high call volume, wonder why? I find them to be misleading and use shady business tactics. For instance, I had to pay an arbitrary $45 just to find out they don't have the medicine I want and they only offer a medicine over 2x the cost they advertise to get you to sign up.

This is the best program out there. Fast and easy instructions. The doctor was amazing and explained how the medication works. Most affordable coverage from any other program I looked into. And you can’t beat the price. Most programs are so expensive that the normal person could not afford. Thank you so much Ro for helping me get back to my healthy self.
