Great personal service at a fair price

Paid $45 just for them to tell me my insurance didn’t cover the medications. No refund.

Great experience. You get lab work doen before receiving medication. Its a monthly fee then you pay the medication which is cheap with my insurance. Monthly fee is no different than any actual doctor visit. Very reasonable. I started with them in July and lost 85lbs! They were great about sending in the medication to my Pharmacy. Tracking my weight and logging my shots were so easy. Responses were quick. I would 100% recommend RO to anyone and I have! It's been about 2 months since I stopped and I'm maintaining. Also, they have skin routine and it is awesome as well.

Got a “shipped” notification of the Latisse I ordered on the 17th. But here it is the 26th and the UPS tracking still says “Carrier has not received package yet”. How long does it take to drop a pkg off at UPS??

Taken my first shot and I’m feeling hopeful! Love that the hunger pains are no longer so strong. A little light headed but that might be the absent of so much sugar in my system! So excited this is available for me!!

Yet another bait and switch on the internet! Far more expensive than $145 per month! You have to sign up for $45 because of the $100 credit. Then they respond immediately and say “You are approved pick you medicine” and oh yeah by the way it’s an additional $99-$250 per month on top of $145!

Ro's site walks you step by step to start service with them. They also provide fast service. I was approved for treatment within 24 hours, and now my medicine is supposed to be delivered within 2 days. Anytime I have questions, I can send a message to my provider at Ro, and get a response within the hour.
