The ads that you see for Ro are very misleading, boarding on false advertising. They have commercials claiming GLP-1 medications for $145 a month. What they don't tell is that $145,is a membership fee and the cost of the medications could cost up to $1500. I canceled my membership within a 2 hour window and they refused to give my money back. They are scam artists. Stay away!!!!

Ro truly cares about your best interest/health and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best care.

This company is horrible, sent countless emails. No response even when you call they say to email. No response, there are charges on my credit card that can be disputed. They just continue to drain your account with zero customer service. Please go somewhere else!
