My experience with our Ro has been wonderful! They are organized, helpful, and they follow my journey with me which has been more helpful than I’ve ever had in the past. Having someone by my side with encouragement and giving me all the tools I need makes me realize I can do this!

Worst customer service because there is zero. Nobody to call only email. The problem is they do not respond to anyone's email. It been a month now and they still have not responded to the fact that they charged my brother in-law twice and never sent the product to him. Got a response with nobody to respond back too!

So simple, it was really easy to get answers, make a plan and I heard back from the team immediately! Super excited!

It was fast and easy for me to get signed up and to start the program. It is a little bit more than I expected it to cost but still not too bad. The doctor was very nice and I didn't have to go in person so that was great.
