They decided to raise the initial cost of the semaglutide in a bait and switch after I paid them!! I hate when businesses play word games to take your money!! I’d be very careful dealing with them, if they do it once they’ll do other things that are sketchy later too!! I don’t trust them at all now!!!!

My overall experience was great. The website helped me be more knowledgeable of all the weight loss products so it was easier to choose the best option for me. Also, the fast response was helpful and the prices were very affordable.

I used this company to try and get on a weight loss medication which I was able to do successfully. The problem I have with this company is there is zero communication. The app is not clear on whether or not your subscription is still active and you’re gonna get your next script. I messaged customer service about three times because it says that my subscription is inactive and I am unable to contact my provider. But then when I go to cancel subscription, it says my subscription is still active. I’ve been waiting four days in between responses and at one point they were telling me I needed to start a new intake form, but then when I clicked on the link, they sent me it was not allowing me to do a new intake form I feel like this was a big waste of time and money and I’m gonna have to start this process all over again when they message me finally, I immediately message them back and there is four days with no response. I would not recommend this app to anyone go elsewhere for any sort of health needs that you need because the communication is abysmal. I have date and timestamps of all messages back-and-forth between the company and it is ridiculous that the app is confusing and does not directly tell you if your membership is active and on top of that you cannot speak to anybody so now I need to know when my script renews and nobody is telling me even if I’m going to get a renewal on my script.

They need a better communication system. It shouldn’t take 3 days every single time you communicate with them. Very disappointing and canceled my membership.
