No customer service at all, no phone number that works Cancelled a med 3 months ago, Ro still sent a refill and charged for it, no way to dispute charge

Total con. After you pay, you find out they charge $145 per month in addition to the $200 for the medication. Ripoff. UPDATE AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: You copy and paste the same response to every similar complaint. We all know how much it costs now - but it's only made clear after we've paid. You've stung us all for $45.

Medication is billed separately and would vary depending on your insurance. Works at first. They are great at taking your money and writing a prescription. Good luck ever getting any help if the pharmacy doesn't get the prescription or if there is ever any issue with insurance. They refuse to offer phone support (even if you track down their corporate phone number) and twice now it's taken over a week to get an issue resolved. Terrible.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent medication order, which never arrived due to an incorrect shipping address and was rendered unusable. Despite notifying you of this issue and clearly requesting a replacement or refund, no action was taken. Given the time-sensitive nature of the medication and the lack of urgency or accountability, I have lost trust in your service and no longer wish to participate in this program. The issue was never addressed and I was out of $145 with no refill. I canceled my membership and I will never go back.
