Hi there! We're sorry to hear about any confusion around costs, we are committed to providing transparency around this. The Body membership fee is $45 for the first month and $145/month thereafter. Medication is billed separately and would vary depending on your insurance. Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience and we’re sorry to hear that the Ro Body membership is no longer right for your treatment needs. The Ro Body membership $45 enrollment fee includes an online consultation (your personalized treatment plan), where a Ro-affiliated provider reviews your medical history to help find a GLP-1 medication that’s right for you. It also includes assistance determining your insurance coverage and estimated copay. You are only charged the $145/month if your insurance approves you for coverage or if you move forward with cash pay. Requirements for approval vary and are not the same across all insurances.
