The process was seamless… quick response time, quick delivery and great follow thru to make sure I am staying on task.

This company has absolutely terrible customer service. It takes weeks for them to resolve any issues and messages often take days or a week to get answers, if they even respond at all. They will also give you false information in order to get you to commit to their service (so they can charge you for the first month), just to tell you later that the information provided was incorrect.

Only online vendor willing to push the insurance provider to cover this medication.

This is my first experience with ro.co. I was frustrated with my drs personal reason for not prescribing Zepbound for me. My daughter is on Zepbound through ro.co. I went online and started the process. I was immediately impressed with health questionnaire. Once I was approved, I was kept informed of the process. Now, my insurance(Medicare Advatage) doesn’t cover the cost, but after lots of research, what I pay is considerably less expensive than the local “drug” stores, and it’s delivered to my home. I’m only on the first dosage, 2.5, and so far I have had no side effects. I couldn’t be happier with ro.co.

Impressed by the efficiency and competitive pricing.

The online ad I saw was $45/per month for Wegovy. Went through the whole schpiel but ended up not accepting the $145/month member fees. BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Now they have my photo & ID. I'll be using if anything fraudulent comes up. Responding to Ro - And the $145/month membership is on top of the co-insurance charged by health insurance correct? So what exactly am I saving on?

Process was very easy. Medication has arrived and excited to get started.
