just got off the phone with my bank (June 16 at 2:05pm) as i was filing a claim since Ro doesn't answer the phone. This page is very dishonest and misleading as they make it sound that the $ 145 membership includes the cost of the medication but it is not the case.

If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $145/month for the Body Program subscription.If you're prescribed, GLP-1 medication is billed separately and not covered in the program cost. Medication costs will depend on your personal insurance coverage, and our partners will work with your insurer to help determine coverage for you. RO is interesting as it makes it look like you can get your prescriptions cost cheap. The way the site does this in incredibly dishonest. They make it look like you pay the membership and that includes the meds but it doesn’t. You get the privilege of paying them 150 a month and you get to pay another 400 for the meds. I thought the prices in HIMs was expensive but at least they are honest. I’m in the process of fighting to get my membership fee back as I also explained this situation with my bank. They have told be to go to the BBB and ripoff reports and I’ll do that next. Run away from this shitty company.

Ro is very professional, they work on your behalf to work with your insurance company. They also have the option to pay out of pocket, prices are not to bad. Just make sure you do your own research and make sure each company fits your needs.
